What we hear
Most website problems can be prevented.
These are the lines we hear most from companies whose site has no one looking after it. Here’s what the service does about each one.
- “Every update breaks something.” We back up before every update, check that everything works afterward and can roll back if something fails.
- “Our provider disappeared.” We inventory your site, validate your logins and document its configuration.
- “We got hacked.” Prevention comes first: protected logins, scans and verified backups.
- “I don’t want to manage WordPress.” We handle the technical operation and report back to you every month.
How it works
First we switch it on. Then we keep it on.
The initial setup puts your site’s protection, backups and monitoring in place. Monthly care is the heart of the service: prevention, monitoring, maintenance and support, month after month.
Stage 1 · Once
Initial setup
We leave your site protected, backed up, documented and monitored. For sites we build, it’s already part of the project.
Stage 2 · Every month
Monthly care

Onboarding to our centralized management platform, a component inventory and login validation. An update procedure with a prior backup, validation and rollback when needed. A technical record of configurations, dependencies and procedures.
ProtectWe close the most common ways in.
Login protection, multi-factor authentication, defenses against automated attacks and WordPress hardening.
Back upOff-site copies and a restore that’s already been tested.
Automated backups of files and database, off-site storage, retention policies, an initial verification and an initial recovery test.
WatchAlerts active from day one.
Monitoring of uptime, SSL/TLS certificates, domain and critical errors. Caching and preventive optimizations compatible with your site. Technical SEO monitoring: sitemap, indexability and alerts. Support channel open.

Monthly report
Every month, you know where your site stands.
We send you a maintenance report covering what happened and what we did. You see your site’s status and the value of the service.
Your starting point
We may have built your site, or someone else did.
The service is the same. What changes is how we start.
We built it
The initial technical setup that ongoing care needs is part of your site’s development and launch, within the agreed scope.
No repeated setup. When you sign up for monthly care, you start right there: that configuration isn’t repeated or billed twice.
Another provider built it
- Onboarding and health check. Component inventory, login validation, a review of the site’s condition and the start of the service.
- Whatever we find, you’ll know. If the site has issues beyond maintenance, we present them with a separate quote before fixing anything.
- Want an in-depth review before you decide? That’s what our Website audit is for.
- Is your site built with a page builder? Corrective support also covers errors related to page builders.
Scope
What the service covers, and what’s hired separately.
Ongoing care maintains and protects what your site already has. When you need something new, or deeper work, it’s hired separately.

Continuous monitoring, and support by priority.
Continuous monitoring
Automated monitoring runs 24 hours a day and alerts us when something fails. Our team handles every alert and request by priority, during the hours we agree with you.
Prevent, and be ready
Prevention lowers a site’s risks, though no service can remove them entirely. That’s why your site has verified backups and a recovery procedure that has already been tested.
Questions we often hear.
What’s the difference between the initial setup and monthly care?
The setup happens once: it configures your site’s protection, backups, monitoring and documentation. Monthly care keeps all of that working: updates, monitoring, support and a report.
Do you look after my site around the clock?
Automated monitoring runs 24 hours a day and detects downtime, critical errors and certificate problems. Our team responds according to the priorities and service hours set out in your contract.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
If your site is on the service, we handle the initial response and contain the incident, and we have verified backups. Advanced recovery of a compromised site is a specialized service, quoted separately based on feasibility.
Does it include changes or new sections?
Support maintains or restores what your site already has. New sections, features or redesigns are hired through Web design and development or quoted separately.
Does it include hosting and the domain?
No. You contract them with your provider and they stay under your company’s control. We watch the domain and certificate expiration dates so they don’t catch you off guard.
How often is my site backed up?
It depends on your hosting plan. The frequency of backups and restore tests is set out in your proposal.
Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with technical onboarding and a review of your site’s condition. If we find extraordinary issues, we quote them separately before fixing them.
If you built my site, do I pay for the initial setup?
Not separately. The technical setup that ongoing care needs is part of the development and launch, within the agreed scope. When you sign up for monthly care, you start right there.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your site. You receive the investment in writing before you commit: if another provider built your site, for the initial setup and monthly care; if we built it, for monthly care.
