How we work Clear from the first message.

You know what we’ll do, when, and for what investment before you commit. You review progress at defined milestones. And once the site is live, we can stay in charge.

We reply to every request by email within two business days.

Commitments

What you can count on from day one.

Four rules we apply to every engagement, whether it’s a new website, an audit or ongoing care for your site.

  • A reply within two business days

We review every request and reply by email within two business days.

  • A written proposal

Scope, timeline and investment, before you commit.

  • Milestone reviews

You review and approve progress at defined points in the project.

  • Your assets, under your control

Domain, hosting, analytics and logins stay under your company’s legitimate control. The specifics are set out in your contract.

The route

Stage by stage, and what you get at each one.

Each service follows its own path. Choose the one you’re interested in.

  3. Proposal. Initial setup and monthly care, in writing.
  4. Initial setup. Technical onboarding and a review of the site’s condition. Extraordinary fixes are quoted separately.
  5. Onboarding confirmation. Configurations, security, backups and monitoring in place.

If we built your site, the initial setup is already part of the project, so the route goes straight to monthly care.

The light stays on after launch.

Your part

What we need from you to keep the project moving.

No one knows your business like you do. Your input is what makes the site sound like your company.

  • What you know about your business and your clients. It’s the raw material for the content.
  • One person who reviews and approves at each milestone.
  • Access to your current site and accounts, if they exist.
  • Your brand materials: logo, photos and any copy you already have.

Your digital assets

At the end, you know where every asset is.

When each project ends, you know where every asset is and who has access. Everything stays under your company’s legitimate control.

How each asset is managed is set out in each project’s contract.

Questions we often hear.

Do we ever need a call?

No. We handle everything by email: your request, our questions, the proposal and milestone reviews. Every decision stays documented, and you reply when it suits you.

What if I want changes during the project?

Reviews are built into every milestone. If something comes up that’s outside the scope, we agree on it in writing before doing it.

How do payments work?

Payment terms are set out in the proposal.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work remotely with companies in the United States and selected European markets.

What happens when the project ends?

You know where every asset is and who has access. If you want us to stay in charge, we continue with Website maintenance and support.
