Cookie policy
What this website stores in your browser, how we ask for your consent and how to change it.
What cookies and similar technologies are
They’re small files or pieces of data a website stores in your browser to remember something, such as a preference, or to count visits. This site uses the technologies it needs to work and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies. None are used for advertising.
Who is responsible
Lume Digital (JOSUE ARTURO LOPEZ LUQUEÑO) is responsible, with the contact details listed in our privacy notice, which complements this policy.
What this site uses
The language is part of each page’s address (/es/ and /en/), so we don’t use a cookie to remember it. Fonts and graphics are served from this same website.
| Name | Managed by, type and duration | What it’s for | When it’s used |
|---|---|---|---|
| lume_consentimiento | Lume Digital. First-party cookie, 180 days | Remember whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don’t ask on every page | When you choose an option in the cookie notice. Strictly necessary: no consent required |
| Self-assessment answers | Lume Digital. Your browser’s local storage, until you clear it | Keep your answers on your device so you don’t have to repeat them | When you answer the self-assessment. They’re only sent if you attach them to your request |
| _ga | Google (Google Analytics). Cookie on this domain, 2 years | Tell visitors apart with a random identifier to count visits in aggregate | Only if you accept analytics |
| _ga_<identifier> | Google (Google Analytics). Cookie on this domain, 2 years | Keep track of the measurement session | Only if you accept analytics |
| Admin session | WordPress. First-party session cookies | Keep editors signed in | Only for users with an account |
Google’s durations are maximums; your browser may shorten them. Google Tag Manager doesn’t set cookies of its own: it’s the tool that loads Google Analytics, and it only downloads after you accept.
Google Analytics
If you accept, Google Analytics collects browsing data (pages visited, where you came from, device and browser type, and an approximate location) and clicks on our contact buttons, with no personal information from the form. We use it in aggregate to understand what works and improve the site.
Google LLC processes this data on our behalf, in the United States and other countries where it has facilities. It is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses standard contractual clauses. We don’t turn on its advertising features: no Google signals, no remarketing and no Google Ads linking.
Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services on its partner sites page.
Third-party services
The English version of this site doesn’t link to scheduling tools or load third-party widgets. Every request is handled by email.
How we ask for your consent
- On your first visit you’ll see a notice with two buttons of the same size, side by side: “Accept analytics” and “Decline”.
- Until you choose, no Google script downloads and no analytics cookie is set. Continuing to browse or closing the notice doesn’t count as acceptance.
- If you decline, the site works exactly the same. We remember your choice for 180 days; after that, we’ll ask again.
How to change your choice or withdraw consent
You can do it at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, which reopens the notice. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies on this domain and the page reloads without the Google tag. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
How to delete or block them
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage from your browser’s privacy settings. If you block all cookies, the notice will appear on every visit, because we won’t be able to remember your choice.
Wherever you are
We apply the same rule to every visitor: cookies that aren’t strictly necessary are only set with your prior consent. In addition:
- In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, your consent is freely given, specific, informed and prior, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- In the United States, we don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- In Mexico and Latin America, this policy and our privacy notice tell you which technologies we use, what data they collect, why and how to turn them off.
Changes to this policy
If the technologies this site uses change, we’ll update this policy and its date. If we add a cookie that requires consent, we’ll ask you again.
Effective date and last updated: October 18, 2026.
